1. Parties and Platform
This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Student," "User," or "You") and Frank Alfano, carrying on business as London Law Lectures, a sole proprietorship operating in the Province of Ontario, Canada ("London Law Lectures," "We," "Us," or "Our").
London Law Lectures operates the online educational platform accessible at https://londonlawlectures.ca (the "Platform"), which provides supplementary academic instruction and examination preparation support for students enrolled in the University of London LLB (Bachelor of Laws) external distance programme.
2. Independent Platform — No Affiliation with the University of London
London Law Lectures is an independent, privately operated educational service. We are not the University of London, the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), or any other institution associated with the University of London LLB programme.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- London Law Lectures has no affiliation, endorsement, accreditation, or formal relationship of any kind with the University of London or any of its member institutions.
- We cannot speak on behalf of the University of London, its examination board, its faculties, or its administrative offices regarding programme requirements, examination standards, academic policies, student status, or any other institutional matter.
- Information, guidance, and opinions provided by our instructors reflect their professional academic expertise only and do not constitute official guidance from or on behalf of the University of London.
- For all official matters relating to your LLB programme — including enrolment, examinations, module information, assessment criteria, and student support — you must consult the University of London directly.
- Nothing in this Agreement or on the Platform should be construed as official communication from or sanctioned by the University of London.

Our services are designed to complement — not replace — your independent study of the University of London subject guides, recommended readings, and official course materials.
4. No Guarantee of Results
LONDON LAW LECTURES MAKES NO GUARANTEE, REPRESENTATION, OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL RESULT IN A PASSING GRADE, A SPECIFIC GRADE, PROGRESSION THROUGH THE LLB PROGRAMME, OR QUALIFICATION AS A LAWYER OR LEGAL PROFESSIONAL IN ANY JURISDICTION.
Academic outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to the student's independent study effort, aptitude, examination performance, University of London grading decisions, and personal circumstances. By registering for an account, you expressly acknowledge that:
- No representations have been made to you regarding guaranteed results.
- Past student performance or instructor qualifications do not guarantee your individual outcome.
- London Law Lectures is a supplementary resource and cannot substitute for the full and independent study required to complete an LLB degree.
- Your success is ultimately the product of your own commitment and effort.
5. Fees, Payment, and Taxes

LONDON LAW LECTURES' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LONDON LAW LECTURES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Modifications to This Agreement
London Law Lectures reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after notice of a modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to a modification, you must stop using the Platform.
14. Term and Termination
