About This Subject

Property Law is notoriously technical. The University of London examiner tests whether you can navigate the interplay between registered and unregistered title, identify third-party rights that override a purchaser's title, and advise parties whose interests conflict over the same piece of land.

London Law Lectures teaches Property Law systematically — freehold and leasehold first, then easements, covenants, co-ownership, and mortgages — so you build the complete picture rather than memorising isolated rules that make no sense without context.

What You'll Be Able To Do

  • ✓ Trace priority between competing interests in registered and unregistered land
  • ✓ Advise co-owners on rights and disputes under TLATA 1996
  • ✓ Identify whether an easement has been impliedly created or lawfully extinguished

What You'll Study

Adverse possession — registered land rules (LRA 2002) vs unregistered

Easements — creation (express, implied under Wheeldon, s.62 LPA, prescription), scope

Community-Based Approach

The University of London external programme is notoriously isolating. We build a methodical, supportive community around each cohort — direct messaging with instructors, peer discussion, and a shared sense of progress through the degree.

Why University of London LLB Students Choose London Law Lectures

The UoL external LLB is one of the most respected law degrees in the world — and one of the most challenging to complete without structured support. You receive reading materials and a syllabus, but no lectures, no tutorials, and no professor to ask when you're stuck.

London Law Lectures fills that gap. We teach each subject class by class, the way a first-class student needs to learn it: systematically, precisely, and with a constant eye on what the University of London examiner actually rewards.
